He lost his beloved sister, the only person he ever loved or who loved him, followed by both of his parents. He rightly blames the District Attorney, and the drugged out vagrant bums who killed her and then were allowed to go free. With no reason to suppress his inner demons, he seeks revenge on the guilty.

How there lives were changed by what they think of as a Terrorist attack and a strange gas that made them loose their inhibitions. This takes place in the week that followed the Best Buy Incident, following Kristi, whose wife, Ashley, was one of the victims of the Incident.
