Ropeville started life as a hotel where children could be 'entertained' with bondage and 'other' excitements' with their parents permission - This was the Creation of EW.
Christopher Toilken expanded it to include a town also called Ropeville with a mainly female population, and a mysterious council. The police was commanded by Evans - who with his wife had a slave girl called Foundling.
I expanded the city for the Paul Purple stories and set some other stories in the city.
The Paul Purple story - Melody - brought up a couple of sub-stories, the first A report on Subject Purple - takes place during the time Paul was unconcious in the classroom.
