This essay is NOT intended for those who have never read an "Axeman Portal" story, as it includes spoilers. It is intended as a reference for those who had questions after (or even while) reading one, as well as for those who are thinking about writing and posting their own "Portal" story and who want to make sure that what they write follows all the details given in previous stories.
