Hi All

It took some time but starting tomorrow (Sunday) "On Guard" will be up to speed and the new chapter will post.

The rewrite has received very good comments so it appears that I have not screwed the pooch.

Per usual, if you catch errors send them to me and I'll fix them. It never fails that no matter how many eyes see something, the speel check fairies and the grammar goblins always manage to sneak in something!

Hi All

The rewritten Chapter 10 of On Guard was posted this AM. It had an error. There is a letter with the sender and the sendee deleted.

I'm still getting used to the little controls for turning on and off text enhancements. Now the letter is correct. Sorry about that.

The last rewritten chapter will post tomorrow morning and then we'll resume posting the original chapters again every Sunday.

Hi All

Chapter 9's rewrite posted today and this begins the real changes in the story that were caused by an awful lot of negative comments. These chapters should square away the story line and lead on to the end.

The next new chapter will post on Sunday Feb 6 and then on every Sunday morning to the end of the story.

Thanks to all of you for reading and for all of you for the comments, yes even the "You suck!" ones.

I hope the stories have had enough of an effect on you that you'll vote for my stories in the Clitorides. Yes that was blatant vote pandering.

Well chapters 6 & 7 of "On Guard" are up and chapter 8 posts Sunday morning. I ope the changes in direction have been noticed because it was after chapters 9, 10 and 11 that I started getting the really negative comments.

In order to change those issues I had to go back and rewrite or redirect the story. So the real changes should start to be seen in a few days.

As a sidebar, I see that I've been nominated for a few Clitorides. Maybe this year I'll finish higher than 2nd to DFL! "The Fortune of the O'Dells" is nominated for the Best Erotic Western. "The Passion of the O'Dells" is nominated for Best Long Erotic Story" and for "Best Romantic Story".

Thank you in advance for your votes and remember to support my good friend Michael Loucks for the several stories and the individual "Author of the Year". I think he should get Author of the Year just for the shear volume of quality writing.

Well the complaints that the rewritten chapters were not showing up seems to have been fixed. I'm glad.

Chapter 6 will post on Friday Morning. The subtle changes and references that lead on to other things later continue.
