Long Due update on my health

Long Due update on my health
Hello Everyone,
(http://galacticchronicles.blogspot.com/)

After a long hiatus, I decided to re-engage with my Blog. Partially to use this format to promote my writing of course, and of course to connect with those who are not part of my Patreon.com fans.

First I like to apologize for this long break, and the main reason was my health.
I suffered a stroke, that affected my entire right body side.

I could not speak, or write.
It took long months of SALT (Speech and Language Therapy) to partially regain these abilities. I am still affected and the doctors say it will never go away completely.
If that wasn't enough, during an ultrasound examination of my legs, (I developed a Deep Vein Trombosis) , the examining specialist said:"J notice a little lump on your throat, can I scan it?"

After her examination and a Needle Biopsy (https://www.thyroid.org/fna-thyroid-nodules/) it was determined that I had Stage II Thyroid Cancer,
I underwent Radioactive Iodine (Radioiodine) Therapy, Thyroid Hormone Therapy, External Beam Radiation, Chemotherapy for Thyroid Cancer and finally Thyroidectomy.
During all this, writing and blogging took a back seat. I apologize, but hopefully you understand.

Great news Surgeries successful.

Great news everyone...I am back home. After three surgeries they finally got all "toxic nodes" and I am as good as new...almost. I am taking that vacation, I promised myself and take it easy for another week or two. During that off time I will be not as active. I need some outdoor time badly.
Yours
Vanessa
PS I will keep writing and posting

I got lots of offers of volunteer editors. I am currently in the hospital but should be out by Friday. I do not have the time due to procedures and surgery to respond to you all in a timely manner.
Speaking of proof reading offers. I am flattered and honored by all your offers, but I need more than a proof reader but a good editor that can edit my stories. Right now I have no money, and I understand you get what you pay for, but I feel my stories would greatly benefit from a professional or semiprofessional editor.I am Sincerely

VR

P.S Book II of the Eric Olafson Saga is uploaded and should appear soon.
Book III is currently on pateron.com and will be published here in a month from now

Please be aware that my stories are not edited

Dear readers,

I have still not been able to find an editor on SOL, that is really editing. The previous guys were nice but missed so much. I still got the same e mails after the edit as before.
I had a stroke and even befoe th3 stroke I am bkind to my own mistakes.
A rel editor is exoensive and I am currently homeless and have zero income thus unable to afford one.
I keep looking and asking for volunteer editors.
Intil then please accept the raw stories as they came of my cpmputer

Vanessa
