In my Dryad series, I've drawn in Kat and her witchcraft, but in this one I've branched out into Faerie. Do you believe in fairies? No? Then it's no wonder that they are declining! Anyway, 'Fairies at the Bottom of the Garden' is in the submission queue for posting
Sorry! A reader just pointed out that I had Penny in the wrong person's bed. A corrected chapter is in the queue for repost.

Last year I bought two second-hand Apple computers. My wife's Win7 desktop needed to be replaced and she refused to have a Win10 device. I considered reformatting the old tower with Linux, but in the end thought I'd try Mac. For my own interest, I picked up an elderly MacBook, and have been using it since about last March. My wife finally got round to saving all her stuff so I could swap out the tower for the iMac, which has, on the whole, been a success; my wife is not a technophile, but is finding her way around with it. The MacBook, though (unsurprisingly) has a very tired battery, and I've just got round to leaving it with a local iRepair shop, where it's going to have a new SSD drive and battery. As a result, I'm using my little Linux netbook again, temporarily. So if the occasional typo slips in, I'm blaming that poor little thing. I think I've satisfactorily managed to submit the second chapter of Penny's Promise from the file on my backup drive, but if anyone notices a slip-up in that, I'll be glad to hear of it.

Here's another visit to the post-apocalyptic world of the Devastation Diaries. Two overworked motor-mechanics need help, and turn to the Training Centre to find it.
The job is an opportunity for Penelope 'Poppers' Linden - no longer an IS, but with nowhere to go - and Virginia Popplewell. IS29/17, still on a two-year order, to leave the Centre and find purpose in their lives. David and Harry Beatson get more than they bargained for...
Four chapters, posting alternate days as usual (all being well).
Once again, it's thank you. Thank you to those who have taken the trouble to nominate me and my stories for the Clitorides. Any nomination is an enormous compliment - someone has taken the trouble to enter one's name or work because they consider it above the general run of people or stories. More than that, though; each nomination publicises an author or his work to those who may well be unaware of it. I notice that stories nominated usually get a surge of downloads which is very pleasing. So thank you. And - if you're new to the Clitorides, pop over and take a look. Sample some stories. And you might like to nominate a story or author who stands out in your memory from the last year.
Yeah. Thank you, very much!
