new book in the bookstore

Posted at

I know many people want me to work exclusively on Sam's adventure book 2, but another project that's been in the works for a while has had it's first success. I'm pretty excited about it, because the story itself means so much to me.
John the genius is being professionally edited!
The first novela, Perfect Choices, expanded to over 33k words, is now available in the bookstore.
The goal is eventually to produce an omnibus version, all the parts together. It'll be huge.
For now this is a Bookapy/zbookstore exclusive.

awacs updated in the bookstore

If you bought the book on bookapy/zbookstore then it's been updated to fix a few reported typos, and has had a huge compendium added to the end with every active and passive skill created before I began writing the book. over 150! it's currently at version 9, and I'll keep updating the epub as readers report errors, or as I discover them. The Amazon version is much harder to update, so it'll have to wait a bit longer.
Speaking of, if you have bought the book, and can leave a 5 star review at either, or preferably both places, that would be awesome!

Posting Schedule

I've figured out my posting schedule! I'll be posting 5 chapters of the new book An American With A Chinese System every Monday. I've scheduled the first update already. I've tried to post the story on Royal Road, becuase of it's litRPG and System background, but they saw the cover image and decided it was political. I'm still trying to convince them it has nothing to do with america or china. I might have to change the cover for over there, don't know never posted there before. Regardless, new chapters will show up here first. The book is up on Amazon for 5.99, and hopefully soon on Zbookstore, for the same price.

new book posting starting today

I wrote a book a couple years ago that never got finished. I had a burst of energy last week and got it done. It'll start posting today not sure of the schedule yet, but first post is intro plus 5 chapters. 66 chatters total including epilogue. I'll be getting it in the book store just as soon as my editing work finishes.

tragic irony

In 1991 a guy named Jimi Heselden started a company called Hesco that made a barrier commonly known as Hesco barriers. A self standing wire framed sack that you fill with gravel dirt or sand to create an instant wall or barrier. Got a lot of use in Afghanistan and Iraq during the wars, and grew in popularity also for civilian use such as emergency flood water barriers.
In 2009 he purchased Segway from the inventor because he thought they had great untapped market potential, and he loved the product.
Ironically, in 2010, while riding a Segway and walking his dog, he went backwards over a cliff to his death. It's a tragic shame he didn't have some sort of barrier to keep him from falling off the cliff and into a river.

PS open hand, last written chapter is number 12 and posts on Thursday.
