Chapter 7 is in the queue. It was later last time, so after 7PM Central Time, but then who knows?
Chapter 7 is about the same length as chapter 6.
Sunday is not a good day for Rachel - She feels guilty feeling the way she does so soon after losing Jack. This is their last day and night in the cabin before heading out.
How am I doing folks?
The next chapter is in the queue. Look for it around 7 PM Central time if the pattern holds true.
As promised, Chapter six is about twice as long as the last few.
Things are heating up. The three are bonding. Maybe a little fast to be believable? Don't judge until you've been under fire. Timescales change.
As always, observations are happily received.
BTW - the few earlier identified and minor typos aren't fixed yet. I'm not lazy, but one of the Swarm authors put an idea in my head, and it is Hell bent to get out.
When it is closer to publication I'll post a 'coming attraction.'
Chapter 5 is in the posting queue. This is the last short chapter for a while.
Michael and the two ladies find shelter from the snow and cold.
Thanks for the feedback folks. It is appreciated, especially when you report a typo. I plan to upload the fixes for chapters 1-3 before Sunday. No major changes, just little things.
Smiley Smith just posted another story. He is major prolific. Even if Spanking isn't your kink, I think that you will find that Quadruplets Are More Fun has an interesting twist.
The Swarm authors are very active right now, and you should be happy with the new stories that are at various stages in the pipeline. These guys and gals take a lot of pride in their efforts to keep the Swarm Cycle both consistent and entertaining.
If you drop them a note about what you like or don't like, it will be greatly appreciated.
Chapter 4 is due for posting any time now. I'm not accustomed to SOL, so I don't know when.
Michael and Rachel encounter the bad guys....
I appreciate the kind words and encouragement on this story. I suddenly realized that chapters 4 & 5 are as short as the first three. I wish I had posted them together. After that, chapters get longer.
With a little encouragement, I could move 5 up in the queue, but it would likely mean a day skipped down the way. Changing 20 chapters already scheduled would not be fun. Let me know.....
On another note, several Swarm Authors have noted an uptick in readership over the weekend. Are they benefiting from new Swarm stories posting close together? Any ideas? Comments please....
Finally, if you haven't noticed the posting of "Anna Finds a Sponsor!" by 8tdeucemedic - you should read it now! He is another new author joining the Swarm universe, and this is one heck-uv-a fine story.
Good afternoon. I just posted the first three chapters of my new story in Thinking Horndog's Swarm Cycle.
Because I hate to start reading a story that is never completed, I waited to start posting until all 23 chapters were done. I'm glad I waited, as I received a LOT of help from the Swarm authors community. It was a lot like kneading bread - very tiring - but the product is so much better.
I'm just learning SOL, but you should expect a chapter to be posted every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday until the story is complete. These first three are short chapters, so the future postings will be a single, mostly longer, chapter.
Feedback is very welcome as are suggestions. I'll try to answer promptly.
I've already found three missed typos which will be fixed in due time. I urge you to report any that you find.
The sequel "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" is well under way.
