Just an announcement. Nothing more.

On Monday 5/1/2023, my first book in the Tommy Gunn series will be placed in the “Premium” area of SOL.

“Book Two” is already being written, and will be uploaded to Bookapy (and elsewhere) when finished.

And yes, I am going to post the “raw” version a chapter at a time to SOL, at regular intervals, after I have published the final version of it.

For anyone who wants to read the expanded final version of BOOK ONE, but doesn’t want to join SOL Premium, it is available for purchase on Bookapy. It will also be available on several other sites this week.

Yes, I realize this is not going to be popular. Everyone likes “freebies”… and some even seem to demand a weird entitlement to them it seems.

But if one were to actually look closely at the upload dates for SOL stories, they might be smart enough to be able to discern a significant investment of time and effort by the authors.

I know that mine is equal to 10 months of my life, and at least 800 hours at the keyboard.

Call me all the normal names, and comment about how I’m a dirty lowdown selfish money loving bastard. But also remember that we all deserve and desire compensation for our WORK.

And it’s a fact that not a single person reading this would do their job without getting a payday.

Simply put…

I believe that a BOOK with over 1000 “votes”, and that has been “accessed” over 69,000 times, has more than proven itself to be worth the measly $5 per copy for the obvious entertainment value that it provided.

Certain places charge more than that for a cup of coffee, so it’s not like my capitalist mindset is squashing the downtrodden masses.

If you agree with my assertion, then I thank you.

If you don’t agree, then I am sorry for your disappointment.
