I like the ODD stuff, and don’t follow any of the set rules as far as story plots go.
If you like the cookie cutter "high school student" plots, or the same old recycled variations of plot lines, I am not your guy.
Just cause everyone else “wrote it thataway” does not make it the only way.
(My deviation from the popular “Genie gives only 3 wishes” idea is a prime example.)
My characters are usually ADULT, blue collar, and just like the real world they have normal problems and thoughts… at least in theory.
