I've read some stories the last few weeks and was surprised how well they were written. That made me think about my own story and I wondered whether it could be improved. So I went back, re-read it, and found a little slip in the time line here, a word not used right there, and a misplaced image stopping the flow of the story. I went back once more, tried again, and re-posted it.
So you'll find now a story that has been tightened up, where some new ideas were added, and where the end has been changed and re-written. I believe that it is better now - what do you think? Any chance to review your avaliation?

It was not easy to write this story: It is long (perhaps too long), and it took two years with never-ending efforts to check everything, check it again and then do it once more. I tried editors, but it did not work out. In the end, I decided to go ahead and write what I thought was MY story. I hope that my readers forgive me my occasional assaults on the beautiful English language - I'm German and was told that it shows.

I thank you for reading the story, and I hope that you liked it. It is rewarding when a reader tells you that he enjoyed it; it is even better when the final rating confirms that it is better than average.

Well, my work is done. Perhaps I can start now to read stories by writers better than I.......

The story is drawing to its finish - one more chapter to go. Everyone has fun, and loyalty and love show that they are more important than passion and lust. A major problem is resolved, and a new challenge will come up. Thank you for reading the story - I enjoyed writing it.

The story is slowly coming to its end. Problems will be resolved, love is deepened, and business is growing in leaps and bounds. But the most important part of their life continues - their deep love between them.

James has to accept and survive a defeat in his career - what will he do? Relax for a while? Prepare for a new life? Take a deep breath and go on with what he knows best - lead and heal? And his ladies - they'll stand beside him but what will they do to help him?
