I've submitted Chapter 6 for posting. A special thanks to Steve who made this into a much better story thanks to his suggestions including the need (demand?)for an additional chapter. Also thanks to all who cared to comment about ACW and my other stories. I will get back to Amends sometime in 2015 even my sister is bugging me about it!

Sorry for the delay but holiday travel and crazy schedule meant no writing. I'm 7 pages into Chapter six now and Fitz and Cassandra don't want to let it go! I don't expect to post before next week. Sorry. AA

Sorry I lied when I said this story would be five chapters. My editor thought there should be a little follow-up and let me tell you I was in deep trouble when I told Cassandra that was it. She did 'love' the ending but she wanted to tell a little more about what happened next, so I had to grant 'another' wish to the Lady and am writing chapter six. Just glad it's not Gina - she's really pissed at me and not speaking to me at all - maybe Carolyn and Cassandra can get her to make a wish (not one concerning Fitz though!).
Merry Christmas to all, and as always be thankful for the men and women across the country and around the world serving our nation and be mindful of their sacrifices. AA

I know its been a while since I posted anything and I'm glad my muse reappeared. This story (in five chapters)is in what I should call the 'David Ryan Law Firm Universe' with characters from 'Heart Condition' (especially for those of you who have asked for a sequel) and Concordia, so even though its a stand-alone story reading those others will help with background. Please also read my other Christmas stories - 'Santa Will Find Us' and 'Finding Jessica,' and let me know what you think.
And yes, 2015 s the year I plan to complete 'Amends.'
