Thanks to all who volunteered help and to David L who provided the solution. So chapter 10 is back and I'll get back to work on the final 2 chapters - as long as some other character doesn't demand equal time (that means you Roksana!) Maybe Robert sould adopt a dog and I can tell her story... oh sorry the dog is in an upcoming story entitled, "Long Branch Six."

Ive asked chapter 10 be pulled until I can figure out why my chapter 10 is so screwed up! Stay tuned.

I'm pleased by the positive response to this story, but as I've said in the past, suspension of disbelief is important. When I ran this story by my good friend of 30 years - a retired FBI Agent, he just snorted. Then as I laid it out he concluded that a recluse like Robert who's only human contact was card games with foriegners at sea, might just be replaceable without anyone noticing. Once he secured the passport from an overworked consulate he was pretty much home free as long as no one turned him in. That is always the problem. Who can you trust with this secret. Why the twins? Why not? Plus Grace likes them. Two chapters and a wedding to go. Thanks again for reading. AA

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read and comment on Concordia. I was out of town over the weekend so I hope to get back on schedule in posting chapters. As a reminder, the David Ryan cameo of this story is the same David Ryan of "Heart Condition" - the one so many of you wanted an additional chapter. I hope that the knowledge that he was divorcing Keri and going to marry his red-haired Irish lass will satisfy your curiosity. Thanks to all who volunteered to edit. My editor is back but I'm using more than one. Anything too crazy is my fault! Thanks also for your comments, but please be patient - jumpiing the gun about things at this point doesn't serve much purpose - there are still seven or eight chapters to go - although many of your comments have been insiteful - but please try to suspend disbelief.
