I want to thank everyone for all your support and well wishes. The next two chapters are in the submission wizard. Chapter 32 will post a day or so after 5-20-15 and chapter 33 will post a day or so after 6-20-15. Once I return from the hospital, I hope to return to a somewhat normal writing routine as soon as I am able. And I've already got a fairly good start on chapter 34.
I won't get to emails for at least next week, so don't get discouraged if I don't reply for a week or so.
Have good reads and good health.
Next week I go into the hospital to have my prostate removed. Finally. I just sent the next two chapters of Code Monkey to Erik for final proofing. I want to thank everyone reading The Flight of the Code Monkey. The story is 3,500 short of 600,000 hits. Have good reads wherever you find them.
Just posted the next chapter. Working on the next two chapters. More barriers to getting medical situation taken care of are popping up. Thank all of you who are reading the story and enjoying the tale.
I've received the next chapter edits from my team of wonderful proofreaders, and I am working on incorporating those fixes into my working file. I'm two-thirds done, so the next chapter of Code Monkey should be posted to SOL some time later this evening. Once again the size of this chapter will be about half of my usual 60 page minimum in MS Word.
A week ago I spent from Friday afternoon until Tuesday in the hospital due to a clogged suprapubic catheter and a very bad unrinary tract infection. I didn't get any new writing done; however, I got 15 pages of notes on ideas to flesh out my existing story outlines as well as some insights into long-term pain.
I want to thank everyone for all you good wishes as well as say thank you to the kind readers who have donated to the PayPal account.
Enjoy good reads wherever you find them.
The HP2000 is back with a functioning, cleaned fan assembly at no cost to me. Making headway on new Code Monkey chapters as well. I'll find out about getting the robotic surgery later today. Still frozen snow on the ground, so I hope that means a fine morel crop this spring. Thanks for all the emails. I want to thank the fine folks kind enough to donate to the cause. For awhile there, I thought I was going to have to use some of the money to replace computers. The Acer is still going strong now that the Encryption worm was destroyed. And thank you to everyone who emailed links on that problem.
Read well and often.
