Most of what I write is inspired by places, though with a little artistic licence with the geography sometimes. The people, however, are fiction, so if you think you can identify someone you're wrong. Of course there are personality quirks that can be seen anywhere!
I love to hear of your response to my stories where they've brought back a memory or struck a chord in some way.
A Devastation Diary Story (5) Dave Jenkins reaches his limit with his wife and consigns her to the Training Centre. He then decides to seek companionship in the Slave Pen - but there's nothing so permanent as a temporary expedient.
A Jenni Story (4) A journey from grief to joy, with some sailing and some low-key D & S. We meet some new characters, and encounter some old friends. This story stands alone, but does fit in with the other Jenni stories.
Arthur Braithwaite has been cuckolded and divorced, so he has retreated to an obscure central European state to lick his wounds and live cheaply. He really has no intention of getting involved in correcting human rights abuses...
A Fold Space Story (2) Hex Finch is now the Governor of Andromeda. He faces decisions for the planet and for himself, and meets opposition. / (Reviews)
Dave Thurston has been dumped by the girl he thought he was going to marry; he wants a long-term partner, not a one night stand or a fuck buddy. He wants someone... for the long haul. / (Reviews)
A widower has about given up on finding a new partner when the Goth called Lilac turns up on his doorstep... The path of love is not smooth; some tears are involved, too.
