Most of what I write is inspired by places, though with a little artistic licence with the geography sometimes. The people, however, are fiction, so if you think you can identify someone you're wrong. Of course there are personality quirks that can be seen anywhere!
I love to hear of your response to my stories where they've brought back a memory or struck a chord in some way.
A Dulcie Story (5) Delia is the woman who distracted Dulcie so she could be abducted. Wracked with guilt, she went to the Hansons to beg forgiveness before giving herself up to the Police. This is what happened to her... and her husband.
A Dulcie Story (6) The outline of this story was a gift from a reader. An unlikely hero pulls a child from a car wreck... Dulcie becomes involved in a story that spans more than two years.
A Dulcie Story (3) Dulcie and Peter leave Sheffield for Essex. This story is of an early encounter in their new place. No sex, but Dulcie sees love follow grief.
A Dulcie Story (16) Well, how do you think our Dulcie might respond to a witch? You may - probably will - be surprised, but I won't spoil the surprise. This tale links to 'Pursuit of Peace'. enjoy!
A Dulcie Story (9) A rare snow in Maldon, an abandoned baby, and a waif found and rescued. Stands alone, but more meaningful if you're familiar with the last Dulcie and Jenni stories.
A Dulcie Story (7) Dulcie's faith is severely tested.
Not really a stand-alone - it will make much better sense if you've read at least the first of the series.
An Air Transport Auxiliary Story Eileen and David don't understand why they are drawn together, until they begin to dream vivid dreams. They discover much about their respective grandparents.
