I hope you enjoy my stories. I am not an accomplished writer but I am trying to learn this craft. If you have any suggestions let me know. Pay attention to the codes and description of the stories. Don't assume that just because you enjoy one of my stories the others will be that same type. I am trying for a diverse collection of stories as I find my niche.
Sometimes, even when times are hard, an opportunity arises. Sometimes such an opportunity can lead to adventure and give up mysteries that beg to be solved. Sometimes the solving of those mysteries can bring riches, adventure and sometimes even more mystery. Sometimes we find romance in such adventures. This is a short story about a man who has a pretty good life, you might even say a rich life. He has things and yet he is lonely. Like most of us he doesn't realize that he is missing something. This is also a story about a young woman who is also missing something in her life. Well to say more would be to give you too much information.
They met on line; he was in his late forties, she was seventeen; they lived an ocean apart and both were just going through the motions of living. With all that against them a relationship between them could never work...could it? Except for the IM name, the first few paragraphs of this story are true. My imagination supplied the remainder. This is a love story between a young woman and an older man. Several of the incidents in the story are true. I'll leave it to your imagination to figure out which ones. This is not a stroke story although there is some sex at the end. I appreciate the suggestions and editing help provided by Naked Sailor. The story is much more readable after his fine work.
She caught his eye while he was waiting for his take-out order. Later he found she was homeless and alone. He rescued her but after a few days wondered who rescued who. Romance and Stroke. Who says you can't have both? / (Reviews)
