There were two locations in the most recent chapter where I had put Lori's name; once instead of Lisa, the second instead of Mary Beth. No, Lori wasn't making a sudden reappearance... Just brain farts on my behalf.
In between working on teh next chapter for "Lisa", I've been going back over some of the older stories, still finding the odd typo, but trying to improve the formatting of song lyrics. Even though I'm still not 100% happy with how it appears in the downloaded EPUB version (at least viewing through Calibre), it seems to look better on the SOL Site. Don't worry, I'm not ignoring the current story; I hope to have the next chapter posted within a week. Meanwhile, if anyone knows a better way to format song lyrics so they appear 'nice' in the EPUB format, drop me a line...
Thanks
WTM
For those of you who keep track of such thing, yesterday (December 23, 2018) was Will's 61st birthday. He celebrated it in style, spending plenty of time in bed with (xxxx redacted xxxx) and (xxxx redacted xxxx) in his house in (xxxx redacted xxxx).
Sorry for the tease... but the next chapter of "Lisa" should be done before the New Year, I hope. Have a great holiday time, everyone.
In recent weeks, I guess it's all part of the #MeToo movement, there has been some outspoken people saying the song "Baby It's Cold Outside" shouldn't be included in standard Christmas playlists, since it's basically all about 'date rape'. Back in Book 2, (Lori), in chapter 20, Will and Megan included that on their 'Song's for Lovers' album. When they toured Canberra, one of Cathy's flatmates criticised them for having a song all about date rape on the album, and Megan essentially sets her right...
As I said... Life Imitates Art....
In the latest chapter of "Lisa", I refer to a song written by Don Walker of the group "Cold Chisel", called "Janelle". For those who are interested, here's a good You Tube recording of it:
Janelle
Enjoy
