Well, chapter 53 has been posted, this is the penultimate chapter. Not an easy one to write, and the next one will be even harder. There is a book 5 in the works, so don't despair.
It appears that the latest chapter that I uploaded this morning is somehow screwed up. My apologies, I'll fix things and reload tomorrow.
For those following Will and Lisa's sailing efforts around Pittwater and the NSW Coast, if you want to visualize where they are sailing - this might help make the recent chapter with the details of a Pittwater to Coffs Harbour race make more understandable, here's a link to some maps. I haven't been able to find the proper nautical charts on line, but these maps, produced by the NSW Roads and Maritime service, are almost as good:

Enjoy, Will and Lisa (and Fiona, Alexa, and the others) will return soon.

Those who recall recent Australian (political) history may have noticed I have 'bent' the truth in events in the latest chapter of history - the Federal Labor Government did not with the 1991 Federal Election so handily, and the transition from Bob Hawke to Paul Keating wasn't quite so smooth.
I claim artistic license... this is where Will's impact on events in Australia, that were foreshadowed in the introduction are starting to take place. Over the coming chapters events in the story will start to diverge from actual reality. So before people write to tell me 'you've got it wrong, that never happened quite that way', it is all how the plot is meant to unfold...
While I'm working on the next chapter, I heard some interesting trivia about the two producers of the Roberttones - George Young and Harry Vanda. They get an honourable mention in Dire Strait's "Sultans of Swing" song - "Guitar George, he knows all the chords", "and Harry doesn't mind, if he doesn't made the scene".
Anyway... back to the writing.
