Anthony Carter —
A Universe from the Mind of Argon
An expanding collection of serials that have in common a group of people who appeared in the serial "In the Navy". While Anthony Carter will not appear in each of these serials, there will be references.
The people in this universe came from the various parts of British society, beginning with the early 19th century and the Napoleonic Wars. Sex and sexual actions happen in the context and for the benefit of the story, do not expect stroke stories. Historical context is taken seriously, as is the plausibility of the stories.
Will Potter, an orphan and merchant’s apprentice in a small Devon port, runs afoul of the law when he beats up a landowner's son. Given a choice between prison and volunteering for the Royal Navy, he joins the company of a small Navy sloop bound for New South Wales. Read how young Will finds his calling and a sweet wife, and even wins glory at Trafalgar. A new story in the Anthony Carter Universe of seafaring novels.

She is the daughter of Major George Trilby and his wife Siobhan, both dear friends of Harriet Carter, escaping an unwanted suitor. At odds with the Carters' son Richard at first, they grow together through tragedy and danger, but they must overcome their own insecurities before they can become a couple. A completely revised and rewritten version of the first half of "Ellen" with a more realistic plot.
As Richard's wife, Ellen is now styled Lady Lambert and travels America, India, Egypt, Bavaria and France at his side, meeting many people and having adventures on the way. She becomes a patron of the arts, a confidante of the young Princess Victoria, and a matchmaker for her family, friends and protégés, always striving to share the good fortunes she enjoys herself. Rewritten with added content.
