True Story Stories

These are memories of my 45 years working in the Electric Power Field. Mostly as an Electric Journeyman Lineman climbing and building power lines across America. Traveling Linemen were called "Tramps". Many of my expressions, terms, tool names and actions are used only in the Lineman Trade. I will try to explain them as I go and try not to interrupt the stories. (Which, by the way, are mostly true)

True story of my last ride that happened in the Philippines. Well, maybe not my last ride...

Since I wrote 'Lost Wife' I've been think about the stories my wife told me all those years ago. Now I think there was more than a grain of truth in them all. The three guys in the Supermarket car park story was told and re-told a number of times and not all the details matched. Well I have spent some time on this particular story and have put all the elements together and come up with what I think is the best and most accurate account

A true account of my discovery of boys and first love, sexual exploration, and loss of virginity during one memorable Florida summer. Names have been changed and and so have minor details for narrative purposes or due to this author's false recollection.

This is the story of my first job, of the ladies I met along the way and of the fun i had with them
