This story is special to me because Claire is based on a real girl I went to school with and fancied like mad. The narrator of this story is very much me in the early part of the story. However, this story isn't what actually happened between us. Far from it. Perhaps it’s just what I wished had happened. Originally written in 1998, this version of the story is from 2004. My first attempt at a 'Romance'.
This is a love triangle story that takes place in the 70s & 80s. Two Army buddies get the boot from the service with tens of thousands of others when Jimmy Carter enters the White House. They end up sharing an apartment. A cute little blonde arrives unannounced. Soon the three become a love triangle. The blonde confuses and confounds both men. Both want her, but only one can have her. Other affairs happen, one of them with a big boobed Avon Lady, an homage to those hard-working Avon ladies.

This is a sequel to a story I am trying to have published. In this the story is unedited. If you wish be constructively critical, please do it. It revolves around Lilly a newly trained assassin who is trying to take revenge for her boyfriends death. With the help of the Organization she is tearing up the underworld.
Rumspringa means "running around" in the Pennsylvania German dialect. It is the time, beginning at about age 16, when youth socialize with their friends on weekends. Rumspringa ends with marriage. (For those who don't marry, Rumspringa ends in their mid to late twenties.)
