This is the sequel to my other story titled 24 Kills for Shelly. This 80000 word story finishes the end of man what the Norse (Vikings) called Ragnarok. I haven't finished editing the last couple of chapters so please don't get hung up on the grammar and spelling errors.

Emma Rules is asked to investigate a case, but finds the Police Commissioner the main suspect. She faces an impossible mission, quickly solve the crime with minimal staff, and few resources. If she clears the Commissioner, everyone will suspect collusion. If she fails, it'll make the NYPD look corrupt and plunge the city into turmoil. In addition, her sister-in-law and niece seek her assistance, throwing her life into turmoil when she has little time to deal with it.

A story set in the Pinwheel Universe
