Set shortly after the events in Chapter 11, this story explores the events of Halloween and follows Frank's amorous adventures with an odd group of technologically skilled college girls. Alpha's creator continues to create artificial women based on fictional characters, but his purpose expands to encompass the fate of the world and whether self-aware computers will be treated as slaves or equals to man.
