A great deal of music is interweaved into Opus One. Should you be interested in more details on the specific music I had in mind when writing a given scene, there is a Reader’s Guide below that contains all that info, plus some other fun musical tidbits. However, two caveats: First, read the spoiler warning at the beginning to see how to use the Guide based on whether you’ve finished Opus One or not. Second, the Guide is old, and as such many links to YouTube videos will be broken. However, the good news is that there are many streaming services these days, as well as tons of new videos available for these pieces. Just run a search if the particular links don’t work!
The story is perfectly enjoyable without reading the Guide, so either way: Enjoy the story!
