Science Fiction Story: A young PhD, celebrating a successful demonstration of an invention with his friends is picked up. He finds himself appointed Governor of a new colony. Before departing Earth he angers an admiral and he and his new colony must live with the consequences. They overcome the obstacles and embark on a lone path to accomplish the goals set for them.
