Fiction Story: After months of “beginner” and “intermediate” hikes, two couples plan an ambitious three day weekend to tackle the twenty plus-mile trek on The Wrangler, an advanced trail in a neighboring state that should only be done by seasoned hikers. The day starts with a beautiful sunrise, but then everything goes to hell. Thanks to Barney R for his editorial assist. Any errors that remain are of my own making.
