Jogging Memories

Mystery Story: A husband, Bob, discovers his wife, mother of their 3 teenage children, in bed with a family friend, being sent home after a work injury during the night shift. A keen jogger, after flooring his "friend" Bob goes on his usual long early morning run, much further than normal, and ends up in hospital. When he wakes up, no-one knows who he is (no ID or wallet in his running shorts) but remembers himself as Tommy, in his early 20s whose last memory is shopping for milk. Who is he?
