I took my pleasure with Bancey and Claere this time, having enjoyed some of the others already. Jenny and Carrie were busy servicing Nora and Lara their tongues, something that I decided would teach them some proper humility for once. They had been humbled somewhat, but deep-seated assumptions of entitlement and privilege would be tougher to shake and break down than that. “And you were gonna drug Jason here, a spacey, but otherwise good fellow, into your hot mess of a drainer lifestyle. Eventually, you’d have crossed the wrong vampires and ended up dead. Didn’t you know what happened to the Rattrays? A couple of drainers right there, and trust me, they came to a very bad end,” I warned Amy in front of Jason.

“Amy, you were gonna kidnap and kill him? He never did anything to us!” Jason complained.

“See, that’s my point. He’s still new to the habit. It hasn’t taken over his life the way that it has with you, making you drain vampires for their blood,” I observed as I watched Eddie cum down Arnie’s throat at last.

“Hey, they drain us, we drain them ... it’s the circle of life, or undeath in this case,” Amy shrugged, looking pretty, but evil ... she had some potential, if she could get past her draining ways.

“The difference is that he did nothing to you personally, so whatever you think of his kind, he doesn’t deserve it,” Frank Black added his own two cents now as he finished with Emely and Tenas.

“I suppose that you’re the aforementioned Frank Black, owner of this house. You’re not a vampire yourself, or anything like that, though? You seem like a cop, actually. And a bit of a family man, if I had to guess. Your missus must be out of the picture if you’re fucking around now. You don’t strike me as the loverboy type.

“Now, Jason, he’s a sweetheart, a bit naive and a bit dense at times, but a sweetheart ... he’s also a horndog. That much is clear. I’m more of a hippie, mostly. Though I haven’t done free love so much as mystical bonding,” Amy waxed a little coy now.

“I’m separated from my wife, but I hope to reconcile. There were some ... very strong differences about my use of lethal force to protect our family, but I don’t regret it to protect her and Jordan, our daughter. Especially for Jordan’s sake. He was a stalker and he had to be killed. And yes, I was sort of a cop. I was with the FBI for a long time before I moved onto the Millennium Group. I’ve seen some wild stuff, but this takes the cake. Vampires ... and vampire blood addiction. Sounds almost like LSD or something,” Frank grinned ruefully.

“Okay, well, this is what’s gonna happen. I’m going to bring you all back ... separately, to the universe that you know. To Bon Temps. Well, you two and Eddie will be separate, so you can’t harm him. I’m taking them back first. Don’t worry, Frank. I’ll be out of your hair soon enough,” I said as I clicked the remote thrice and brought them back to Jason’s house empty-handed.
