Chapter 17: Poolside Excitement

On the Saturday, two days before the 4^th of July Holiday, we went over with the kids to spend the day relaxing by the pool at Ryan and Roxie’s. Sarah and Roxie were also going to be discussing the upcoming party, and Sarah wanted to know if there was anything she could do to help Roxie prepare. Still, Roxie seemed to have everything worked out and had hired caterers, a couple of bartenders, and even had a live band coming that played music from the 80s, 90s, and early 00s. As a result, our family spent almost the entire afternoon poolside at their house.

I greeted everyone when we arrived. Michael and Nicole ran off to play with Cindy and Will’s son, and I grabbed a beer. I noticed Roxie was wearing another extremely revealing bikini that barely covered any part of her body, and Cindy was dressed the same way. Will and Ryan were in swim trunks, as was I. I couldn’t help but watch as Roxie gave Sarah her usual greeting, hugging her tightly and planting a brief kiss on her lips. Sarah seemed accustomed to it, but I could still see a slight pink tint develop on her face each time it happened.

I had just settled into the lounge chair. I let my eyes wander from behind the protection of my sunglasses and hat, which I hoped hid where I was actually looking, and I spent time enjoying the view of Roxie and Cindy’s amazing bodies. When Sarah came up to where I was sitting, she put down her beach bag and stood almost directly in front of me. When she removed her cover-up, it revealed a bright red bikini with her butt cheeks fully visible; only an inch of fabric covered her rear, and both cheeks were fully displayed. Sarah had never worn something that risqué before outside where anyone else could see her. It was still tame compared to what Roxie and Cindy wore around the pool, but for Sarah, it was downright scandalous. She looked back at me, blushing and looking nervous, while I took in the view of her full ass in the afternoon sunlight.

“Is it ok?” she asked, turning her head to look back at me. “Or is it too much?”

I was honestly at a loss for words and stumbled and stuttered, which made her get nervous and bite her lip, thinking I might not approve.

“If it’s too nasty, I can change; I brought my old one with me just in case,” she volunteered, and before I could even say a word, she started to bend down to pick up her bag, which likely held the other bikini, obviously second-guessing herself.

I knew what a huge deal this was for Sarah; yes, it was just Roxie, Cindy, the kids, Ryan, and me, but it was more than that for Sarah to show this much skin- not just skin, but to basically show her entire ass where other people could see it was a side of her I had never seen before.
