Omar had been lucky from the very start of this Story. Lucky the way the damned are lucky — so they can commit as many sins as possible before being crushed by their unbearable weight.
It should be noted: the immigrant janitor was never lucky in anything good. He didn’t get parents who would give him conscience and sense. He didn’t get an education or a decent job. He didn’t build a family.
All Omar had was Anna — cosmic, star-bright Anna. And yet he had her in every position. In ways that stole the girl’s breath and left nothing dry between her legs.
Cursed devil — carrying inside him the darkness of heavy, black holes — he devoured the light of the sunlit yogini, insatiable. And she was generous, like a star that is certain it still has enough blinding radiance left.
From the side, Yuri watched it all — Yuri, who had never been so selfishly greedy for his wife’s light, who guarded it, and yet secretly envied the darkness of black holes and their ability to swallow stars.
