A little while later, I was in the field with Jeremy, as he expertly showed me how to measure a fence line, lay it out, dig holes in the easiest way, pour cement and line up posts so they were level. He was an older guy that had been doing this for most of his life and he was the type of expert that everyone should learn from. He was also a really good conversationalist, and although he had planned to leave after a couple of hours he decided to stick around for lunch, as we seemed to hit it off. This was a real help, as we made great progress on creating the boundary for the paddock.
