The streets of this New York City are gritty and the struggle to live there is tough. A person needs a college degree and a bio chip to get a job that pays the rent. An optician’s salary is not enough without roommates. Tor fights, but a chip, a dame, and a crime, plunges him into the underbelly of the city, a world he never knew existed. A Noir.
