This short story is a spinoff from the prior story "An Administrator" and is about a man who approves small business loans. This story can stand alone but it also contains some bits and pieces from other stories. While there is a little sex that is not the main theme of this story. If that is what the reader is looking for please look elsewhere and don't bother to read this story.
