This is the story of John Pitzer and Nancy Griffin as they go through life as young adults in a society which has reverted to an Old West culture as far as guns are concerned. They form a bodyguard service while still in high school and continue to live as bodyguards after they graduate. Their major activity turns into protecting against kidnappings, but they have many other adventures, too. 17 chapters.
