This started out as a Character development page, but it became more. I think it would best be called a short story of the Life of Charlie Macintyre. It follows his life from birth thru WW2 mostly hitting the highlights. If you are a WW2 buff you may enjoy trying to poke holes in it. I spent more than a week researching it.

A Story in the Sam Universe
If I would have been able to see what the future would bring I would have; Shit, I probably would be in the same mess I was now, just it would be a bit more complicated. I had met the girl in Prague while we were strolling through the zoo. Actually we were looking to find where a lion or two would enjoy a good meal. That was more than a few years ago and now it appeared I would finally be paying the price for my stupidity. Would I change my decision. Nah! I loved her and she knew it.
