Consider this as you would a journal documenting how Charles Manson's younger, smarter, more sane brother abducts and rapes 'The Bad Seed', along with her mother and teacher / mentor.
And gets away with it.
It's a chilling account for those who consider themselves mentally and emotionally normal with just a little predilection toward the 'Wild side', myself included. Yet both history and fiction are full of the same scenarios tamed a little for broad consumption.
While this account isn't really about pedophilia, it hints why there are academics actually openly proposing that pedophilia may be a 'Sexual Preference and should be regarded as a lifestyle choice and support groups built so that pedo's can be 'self-managing'. I consider anyone proposing that to be either borderline or a closet sociopath.
But, in the end, the way the author treats his own aberrant behavior describes how society survives and always has. Sociopaths abound in our, and any other, culture and society. But they are constrained by logical practical boundaries, i.e.; Sociopaths are like the rest of us. We don't like commotion, muss and fuss.
Dont cause trouble for yourself.
This speaks to why Societies and Civilizations set up 'artificial' rules of morality and why they are important to that societies overall existence.
Once you move the barriers and boundaries of 'artificial morality', then the sociopathic survival instinct shifts accordingly. It's not specifically stated that way but it's the message I'm getting, again.
If you dont believe me, reaqd the biblical passages on Sodom and Gommorrah and why God destroyed them. It was not because they were full of queers. It was because they had enabled the sociopaths among them and made those acts normative.
The author claims it's a true account and I find no reason to believe it isnt. It's like a fatal car wreck.. you dont want to read {watch} it happening but you can't help yourself.
And that explains MY ratings for it.. Yours will likely vary greatly
