Super-hero/heroine stories are rare on SOL, and most of them are not especially good. Further, a lot of them are short fanfics. Sam is the exception.
Sam provides a full super-heroine story, complete with super powers, a costume, and an origin story. It saddens me that the origin story will probably scare off many readers who would probably enjoy the rest of the story; it reads quite differently from the rest of the story.
Samantha K. has done an excellent job weaving sex with her story. Sam is differentiated from other super-heroes and heroines by being somewhat of a sex-starved pain-slut. This is both her weakness and her strength. She tends to be tortured or raped by her captors before she manages to escape, but this is mostly because she enjoys it rather than because she is helpless.
Sam is an excellent, action-packed story which nicely balances plot and stroke content for a story which should be appealing both to audiences interested in a nice stroke story and also to audiences interested in reading a story with a strong plot.
