Now for something different: A new review of an old (2006) story submission by a hit and leave writer.
Many of us who have been writing for a long time, (for me, that's over thirty years - I started on a Selectric based word processor) regret the loss of innocent amazement at the sensations of sex. The minute descriptives of how we felt at the first joining of the flesh.
After you've recounted the details so many times, it becomes a jaded memory and seems repetitive to our own eyes and we fall away from that beautiful feeling of first discovery. That's why it's so great when we find something on here that captures the glory.
Cabrillo was, I suspect, no stranger to writing but may have just started writing erotica when he typed this story and he didn't spare the descriptives of the ultimate hug.
It really doesn't matter whether or not the story is true or how much of it is true, Cabrillo captures the beauty of first intercourse.. and that's hot!
The story plot is hackneyed of course, but the thing is well written and wont put off the language purists overmuch; the appeal to the imagination is top of the chart.
- if it weren't, I wouldn't bother reviewing it. I've just started in this genre and I'm not going to waste effort and keystrokes on the majority of really bad shit on here.
