Ok, I never claimed to be a poet but Old Fart is. 'Jack and Jill is a wonderful piece of work that ranks up there with DoAL, Summer Camp, and Playing the Game. The sex is spread out through the piece and isn't thrown in unless it fits. The technical quality is extremely high, with flowing chapters and seamless dialogue that brings his characters to life. You will find yourself falling in love with the characters and recognizing the hardships they go through. I HIGHLY recommend reading this story.

It's hard to say more than the other reviews, but I have to write about this story. It is one of my favorites and deserves to be praised.
Old Fart has written a wonderful "coming of age" story about two teens, their families, and their friends. Unlike so many stories, this is not a wild "sex in every possible way" fest, but a touching, happy, and sometimes very sad, story about life, love, and growing up. Almost every chapter has something in it that reminds me of lessons learned with difficulty, or memories almost lost over time.
The main characters are really sweet, giving the story a high "Awwwww..." factor, and I find a favorite passage in almost every chapter. The players in the story are not infallible heroes though; they make mistakes we've all made, and learn from them. This is one of the key attractions for me. I like stories where the main characters screw up now and then. It makes the story more believable and the characters easier to identify with.
The chapters are short but the author posts frequently. While there is sex, talk of sex, and lessons in sex, this is not a stroke story. There are occasional typos but not so many that they hurt the reading, and on "Appeal to the Reviewer," 10 doesn't go high enough. If you like romance, and remember those days when you were the one learning life's lessons, you'll enjoy "Jack and Jill" as much as I do.

Over time, I've had, as other reviewers must have, favourite Novels by favourite Authors; and I love to see them mature into leaders of their field. Now that doesn't mean I like all of their stories, but somehow this "continuing saga" really tickles my fancy. It is a well written novel about two mature school kids and the trials and tribulations as they grow up.
Now you have two choices, you can read as I have chapter by chapter, or wait until some time in the not too distant future The Old Fart will end his Novel.
In other words, It is on my highly recmmended list, and will stay there!
