Sarah and Mike are lovers. Very much so. Mike's wife, you see, was killed in a car accident, only it wasn't; it was a hit, because Mike's job mare the Syndicate lose millions through a laundering scheme that he became suspicious of, and warned off a very rich Investor. Enter Sarah, who looks after her father, Mike< after the terribly tragic accident in which her mother was killed.
To escape the terrible memories they 'escape' to the North West and sell down to a peaceful life, and that unique sort of love only survivors of tragedy can have.
There Sarah explains to her father that her mother, knowing that she was now incapable of having children, thought of the possibility of their daughter having Mike's babies.Mike and Sarah realise that they truly loved each other, and become, shall we say 'romantically involved'.
Then, suddely, their idyllic life is again shattered when the criminals are again on their trail, and the Shan really Hits the Fit! But all is well, that ends well, and they and their precocious little girl, Michelle, live happily ever after.
This is not a really torrid hot stroke story, just a nice pleasant love story, with some sensitive scenes between Father and Daughter.
Enjoy.
