This novel preceeds "Audry", and describes the formation of the Steele family. Covering several years, it is much more than a "coming of age" romp. As always, the sex advances the plot, and is never the reason for the plot. This is the story of a rich "eastern establishment" girl who marries a ranch boy from the wilds of Oregon.
A pair of young athletes overcome all the usual--and some more extreme--obstacles as they strive for success. The story contains some violence, and a lot of romance.
A middle-aged man falls in love with his daughter's best friend. Turns out, she feels the same about him. As with most of my stories, this is a story, with the sex coming as needed to advance the plot. An intergenerational romance...
This is a story about a couple--best friends for years and both now divorced--who "blend" their families. Former spouses don't like the idea. The kids run into some serious issues, too. This is a novel-length story about people. If you're looking for a stroke story, there are many good ones, but this is probably not it.
His wife killed in a horrific accident, he tries to start over. He learns to love again. And learns the truth about the "accident".
Of all the stories I've written, this is probably the best.
