Beth's plan is simple; she would record a complete monologue instructing John and Susie in all spheres of their life after her death. It covered such simple things as how to insert a tampon, how to kiss on a first date, how to dress on a date, and most impotantly, how to seduce her father.
As John writes, it is as though his beloved Beth is still vibrantly alive, and admitting that if she was the survivor, she would have great trouble finding a new partner...
