Timestoppers Revenge is good revenge story about Phil who has the ability to stop time itself. The story is slow to start, but builds up to an engaging plot. As Pastmaster promises, it's a long story and rambles at points, but I found it hard to put down.
I rated the plot an 8 because there are various monologues in the beginning. I found that a weaker part of the story where Phil kind of explains everything from his side, but Bonnie doesn't really show her side. I would have easily rated the plot a 10 if that part in particular was less one-sided.
Overall, however, the plot is a good one. I loved the bromance that Phil has with his friends Steve and Dan. It's not something you often read in stories. I liked how the story was not a one man show, but how the other characters also received character depth and development. None of the characters were the same as they started and that's a big plus in my book.
Due to Phil's ability to stop time, the revenge part in particular is even more nuclear than you usually read in these stories.
If you enjoy reading revenge stories then I can recommend this one.
