Why would anyone use Rudy Giuliani as a monster hiding under a bed?

Ok, he did help save New York City. But then he got twisted up in Trump's lies and became a demented monster that could not face the public. So this short story depicting our Rudy as a creature hiding from public scrutiny sure speaks volumes about his failure in recent years.

As a story, it shouts about how he has fallen in from his perch atop NYC. Alas, our Rudy seems to have disappeared once again. For the report, eye-opening is a very descriptive term—overall, an excellent story to read.
