Reviewed:
Across Eternity is the first novel in a the Across Eternity series by Sage of the Forlorn Path. It's a great Isekai story that has a realistic portrayal of somebody who has lived for thousands of years. I ended up reading the entire novel in a single day. This was partially because it was one of the smallest novels in the series, but also because it was well written and hard to put down.
The story has action, romance, drama, a good plot, and an interesting way with how it's told. There are the occasional flashbacks the give more information about what happened in the scenes before, which help to paint the story.
On the technical side, there were some mistakes that are confusing, but nothing some minor editing can't fix. I loved the plot and how everything came together, and the only reason I'm not giving a 10 for appeal was because I simply wanted to read more.
At the time of writing this review I almost finished the second novel in the series as well, and I can definitely recommend reading that one too.
If you love Isekai stories, then you'll want to read this book/ series.
