Read it.
Oh, you want to know more?
I gave it a 10, and I'm tight-fisted with those. I average somewhere around 2 per year.
The story only starts out about making the B movie. It goes on to talk about what happens to the friendship between the guys who make the film, future loves gained, lost, etc. It ends up spanning something like 15 years, and collected enough charachters to have me forgetting somes' names.
Look, I really can't tell you too much without giving it away, so Ill just add: read it.

This is a great story. It might seem handicapped by a strange title, I haven't seen "&will" as a word before, but try it, I am almost certain you will like it. I don't want to recite the plot, which moves around before setting for domestic bliss, occasionally interrupted. It has interesting characters, pretty good sex, and the hero gets to ride a mule. It has one of the best lines I can remember reading in a long time. Something about a wizard's wand, but I am not going to spoil it here.
Lets do the numbers. As always 6 is a C. 7 is a B. 8 is an A. 9 is an A plus. Ten is very rare. The plot is somewhere between an 8 and a 9. Lots of things happen, including surprises, and the story probably deserves a 9. Technical Quality is not nearly that high. "Cheif" and a few other spelling varients grabbed my attention. I think the title gives fair warning. Either the proofreader was not paying attention or doesn't care if spell check is turned on or not. I will assign a 7, there weren't all that many errors, they just stood out for me because everything else was so good.
I really need to think of a reason why I didn't give Appeal to Reviewer a ten. There is still two weeks to go in January and I only give at most one ten a month. There might be an even better story I want to give my ten to in January? If today were January 30th I would probably break down and give this story a ten. I liked it a lot and I think most of the people who read this review will too.
