To me Game World is the ultimate isekai story. Marcus is well aware of having been transferred to another world and he even received the job of doing his best in this world for a full year.
Every chapter is filled with excitement and every time has you thinking 'surely it won't get better than this', but then it does. The story can be split up in various parts that advance the story and Marcus exploits to a next phase, but the way The Blind Man handled it is with care while slowly building up the story. It took me several weeks to read the full story since it's huge, but it was well worth the read.
There is a good balance between smut, action, story development, and background information where you learn more about the world and its inhabitants. The story finishes with a good closure as well to it all.
This is truly one of the most amazing stories that I've ever read on SOL. The plot was amazing, but on the technical side there were various typos and errors, some of which were more annoying than others. Still, overall it was very well written and you can hardly blame a story of this size for containing some mistakes.
I would recommend reading this story even if you're not into isekai stories. This story will easily appeal to people who love to read medieval stories as well as those who enjoy military stories.
