1: Amy by Tedbiker This is Tedbiker at his best. Yes there are Dulcie and Jenni but Amy is more special: warm, loving and giving. Barry realises that at their first meeting and he is a man capable of selfless love too. It's a tale of a wonderful and rewarding romance beautifully told by Barry. Tissues are a waste of time. You will need a bucket at the end.
2: Opus One by Ryan Sylander An extraordinary story of love and music. Yes a lot of the expression of love is sexual but the trueness and the depth not to mention its ability to include others on its periphery is beautiful. The emotions involved are explored in depth and in sympathy.
There's the music too, its complexity, its emotion, its ability to evoke love and understanding.
The characters are very well drawn and one cannot help but be attracted by most and repelled by two.
The writing is first class: easy to read with use of the right words, flowing, descriptive of facts and feelings. Three plus or minus possible proof reading faults in a story this length from an amateur author? Piffling!
