Thornfoote: Favourites

1: American Tapestry: Winter Jennings by Paige Hawthorne
Paige has created magic again. Love this story. If you haven't read one of her stories yet, you're missing a real treat!
2: Daze in the Valley by Jay Cantrell
Jay is another of the amazing authors this site is blessed with. All of his stories are great, but this is one of my personal favorites. Even at 166 chapters, I was sorry to see it end.
3: The God Pill: Winter Jennings by Paige Hawthorne
Paige has a unique style and off the wall sense of humor. When you read the story, you can feel her humor as she writes. I love it.
4: Lady in Red: Book 3 (The Rise of the Empire) by Harddaysknight
HDK has created his epic story. I've read every chapter at least twice. Great story teller.
5: The Marker by Todd_d172
I added this story of Todd's just because I'm a huge fan of all his stories, not just this one.
6: Mud & Magic by Blind_Justice
absolutely well written and engrossing. For fantasy story lovers, this is a must read.
7: Siobhan by Omachuck
I helped edit/proofread this story and fell in love with it. Mike has taken a worn genre and made a very different twist of it all. Don't expect a run-of-the-mill post apocalypse story here. Good read and well worth your time to download this one.
8: Stupid Boy by G Younger
Love everything G Younger writes. He is one of my favorite authors on SOL.
9: There and Back by Aquea
I'm a big fan of the game too. Aquea has done a fantastic job of bringing the world to life.
10: Trading Up by Xalir
I love everything Xalir writes. He doesn't make mistakes and his stories are well thought out and great character development. This story is no different. If your looking for a submissive husband, dominant wife story then look someplace else. If your looking for an intelligent, caring man struggling with his wife's infidelity and attempting to find a way to continue his life, give it a closer look. The story isn't finished yet, so I don't know how it will end, but it's not a BTB - Burn the Bitch - story, nor is it a wimpy cuckold husband story. Just the quality of the writing is enough to make it worth reading.
11: Yelloweye by aroslav
I chose Yelloweye for no reason other than all of aroslav's family of westerns are great stories by a great storyteller. It could just as easily have been any of them.
12: Zombie Leza by Vincent Berg
I admire Crumbly's stories. I chose one of several that could just as easily be on my favorites list. Again, I chose the author instead of just the story. Normally, I detest Zombie stories, but this one is very different.
